How to Use Social Media for R&D

Social media conversations can provide an avalanche of information about your customers and your industry, but you can also harness this data to develop products your customers will crave. According to marketing pro Stephanie Gehman, there are three ways you can use social media for R&D. 1. Where do you want to go? Start by deciding what you’d like to gain from your research. Are you looking to fine-tune one of your services? Do you want to create a brand-new product? Are there particular features your customers would like that you could integrate into your existing products? Knowing what you hope to accomplish will help guide your research and keep you on track.
