Congratulations to Rick for this bold move , as Frank Schilling’s phrase comes to mind: “The right domain name can change your life .” The latter is now a trademark , as Uniregistry applied for it at the USPTO back in February. At the time, it was an “intent to use ” application, and naturally Uniregistry has been using it on its promotional materials and web site ever since. In terms of procedure, the application will be published for opposition on June 24th, and the classes targeted are IC 045. US 100 101. G & S: Domain name registration services.
