An arbitrator with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center has awarded Apple the domain name ApleStore.com.The company submitted a complaint with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,asserting legal rights over the disputed domain name. Apple owns many trademark registration all over the world for the "Apple" mark.Therefore,it is more than obvious that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to its trademark. According to whois records the domain name was registered by All Alams on 25 March 2009. Apple also contended in the complaint and managed to demonstrate that the respondent registered and used the disputed domain name in bad faith.The domain name was forwarded to a parked page full of ads. The Panel ordered the disputed domain name to be transferred from the respondent to the complainant
