But for the second time a three member panel denied public storage claim against Deer Valley Mini Storage of Scottsdale, Arizona on the domain name publicstoragephoenix.com. In a previous UDRP ruling the only one Public Storage had ever lost up to that point, a panel held in favor of the same domain holder on the same domain name, publicstoragephoenix.com as well as public-storagephoenix.com. That UDRP was decided in a year ago in October 2011.
