Purchased For $4 Million Dollars

According to a press release just today GiftCard.com just was purchased for $4 million dollars. It should be noted that the headline of the press release is: “GiftCardLab.com Acquires the Domain Name GiftCard.com for over $4,000,000 in Cash and Stock” However the press release does not discuss how much cash and how much stock combined to the $4,000,000 price. Here is the release: “”Gift CardLab, a leading online provider of gift cards, today announced the purchase of the GiftCard.com domain.
