Overture was an once great keyword search tool, having formed in 2001 after GoTo.com renamed itself to Overture Services, Inc. In the years that followed, Overture ‘swallowed’ both Altavista and AlltheWeb, and in 2003 it was itself acquired by Yahoo! for $1.63 billion dollars. So what has happened to Overture.com ?
