Sedo updates privacy policy due to Google changes

Privacy policy explains that it may release your personal information to Google. Sedo sent a notice to its parking customers today to inform them that it has updated its privacy policy. The company has added a line to its policy that states: It may be necessary to disclose your stored information, such as first and last name, company name, address, email and/or phone number, to relevant domain monetization advertising partners for the purpose of providing you such services. While the “partners” are not named, this change is due to new requirements by Google for its domain parking program. Google is trying to monitor parking clients across multiple parking services that use Google’s advertising feeds. The changes affect all Google parking services, not just Sedo. In March, Internet Traffic implemented a couple changes related to Google’s new programs.
