Reporting Spam Through Webmail When you open a message in your Webmail, you will see an option to Mark As Spam. Any message marked as Spam will instantly be moved to the Trash folder and will add the sender to a blacklist. ***NOTE: Any message marked as Spam from within the Trash folder, will be permanently deleted.*** Configuring Spam Options To manage your Blacklist/Whitelist from within your Webmail, follow the steps below: Click on Configuration Select Email Box Settings Click on Junk Mail From here, you will be able to add or remove email addresses or domain names to these lists.
