What are you going to do, if some punk kid does not pay, are you going to go hunt him down in some village in India, and serve them with legal papers, and sue them for everything they do not have. Are you going to block their account, so they can go to a cafe the next day, and open a new one. Yes, if we have an ID, it is very easy to see who is manipulating the system.
