DotORG Decreasing Worldwide Since 2012

According to the Dashboard reports released by the Public Interest Registry, which is the .org registry operator, in the last years the growth of the .org gTLD has diminished from a rise in DUM of 9.7 percent in 2010 and 9.9 percent in 2011 to a decline of 4.3 percent in 2012, 2.6 percent in 2013 and 1.3 percent in 2014. Here you can read the 2014 report: dashboard_2014.pd f. Whilst in some regions the growth is diminishing, in others, like in Asia-Pacific, is boosting. More than 1.37 million domains were recorded in 2014, with a 16 percent growth compared to December 2013. From the latest Dashboard report released in the second half of the 2015 year, the total amount of DUMs was 10,547,247 globally with a renewal rate of 54.5 percent for domains raised for the first renewals and 72. 4 percent for the second renewals.
