Daniel Negari and Ambrose sell $2M of Rightside Shares

.XYZ founder Daniel Negari and his COO Mike Ambrose have sold 173,000 shares of Rightside (NASDAQ:NAME) stock worth about $2 million this month as of yesterday, according to an SEC filing. Negari sold 109,794 shares and now owns 402,091. Ambrose sold 63,285 shares and now owns 405,872. Both appear to have turned a profit on the shares they’ve sold so far. Negari paid an average of $8.80 for his shares and Ambrose paid $8.68. Their average sale price this month has been just under $12.00 per share. Negari and Ambrose each own 2.1% of Rightside’s outstanding shares now. Because their combined total is less than 5%, they will no longer have to report their sales and ownership interest in a public SEC document. Tweet Email Learn more...
