Local Popularity & Global Influence: Nations and nTLDs

Basically, Skew tells us how domain registrations for a particular nTLD in a particular country deviate from the nTLD numbers globally. Yet that old definition has a limitation. Big countries like China and large TLDs like .XYZ can’t deviate as far from the global norm as little countries or small TLDs can – simply because the bigger a part is, the more it influences the total itself. Dissatisfied, I revised my definition to exclude the country we’re examining:
